I am a tenacious Experience Designer currently working with EPAM Systems as an Experience Designer. I enjoy my work everyday and I open up myself to learn something new. I love to solve problems that truly concerns users and provide creative and intuitive experiences. I combine my lofty idealism with a focus on pragmatic solutions

I was not a dog person, but I am now. Touching or being with a dog was my biggest fear and now I overcame it. Surprisingly, I am loving this experience pawfectly!!

Experience Designer

EPAM Systems (2021 Oct - present)

I work for the HAVI’s CNTC and BCP applications which deals with the product assortment, logistics, deliveries of products for the suppliers and Business collaboration platform features.
I communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by using wireframes, User Flows, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes for the new features and responsible for the proper and connected experience and logic for the existing features.
I collaborate with the team for the Design Critiques and involve in Architecture Sessions on complex design efforts and scope to identify the implementation bottlenecks. Also, reviewing and validating the business scenario objectives, minimum success factors, functional requirements and expected outcomes.
By leveraging HAVI’s Design System/ Language, I build intuitive and consistent flows and parallelly contributing new/necessary components and patterns to the library.
Working in agile, I deliver these designs for each release through working with the Engineering team on driving connected and consistent user experience.

Product Designer

Berkadia Services (2019 - present)

Worked on Design System for Berkadia. Some of my responsibilities include research, design, documentation and communicate designs to the teams, take accurate design decisions which align with the teams and products. Responsible to assist the product teams to adopt Design System components and patterns. Experience in working with agile scrum environment.

Worked on client-based projects and internal products on UX and Visual Design as well. As it was my 1st company to work with, I have learnt crucial work ethics from Cognizant.

What I do apart from work

At EPAM

Collaborating with the team for Design Jam sessions and assisting the new joiners as a part of EPAM Buddy program.
Conducted a 5 day Design Thinking workshop as a Facilitator for the engineering team.
Revamped an existing EPAM portal with a team of 4 by applying User Centered Design process and proposed a solution which agrees user needs and a polished user experience. We have got through Heuristic Evaluation, User Surveys, Scenario Testing, data synthesis and interpretation, collaboration with SMEs and Stakeholder through each phase, wireframing, prototyping and presenting the process and results with the stakeholders and the engineering teams.

Others

I am a certified Sanghamitra from SCSC (Society For Cyberabad Security Council) which is an initiative and a collaboration between IT industry and Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. In this program, I was equipped with knowledge about the various aspects of the law, redressal mechanisms, process and procedures of seeking help for the people in need/distress.

I find interest in knowing about people and their behaviors. Also, I am curious about learning languages which made me study French Language and pursued Senior A level. I love exploring different cultures and their traditions.

I love art and I design bags and hand-paint them to make them unique. I try different crafts like punch needle, glass paint, bag making etc.

Also, I teach art and French to kids around my neighborhood in my leisure time
